Provide Admin support for routine office admin activities of maintenance & upkeep, repair & maintenance of office premises and furniture/fixtures & office equipment, etc. Manage and ensure timely maintenance and repair of Gen.set, for offices, and coordinate activities for timely KESC, PTCL, maintenance charges, water bill, etc payments to avoid discontinuation of services -Ensure safety and security of all regional offices and advise/update staff on related matters -Ensure uninterrupted flow of office supplies in all regional offices. -Manage support staff and ensure their performance at optimal level for smooth operations. -Achieve cost optimisation by taking initiatives and ensuring check and balance on continuous basis, while providing satisfactory services to all internal customers -Ensure compliance of all company policies/procedures wherever applicable. -Manage and facilitate activities/events/travelling/accommodation provisions for all business requirements -Ensure vendor enlisted process related to Administration is followed.
