Key responsibilities :
  • Manage office expenditures efficiently in accordance to the approved budget. Improve service quality by taking new initiatives & defining service TATs; updating procedures; and evaluating output through internal customer survey/feedback. Anticipating office administration related requirements; submitting information and take active part in developing budgets; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; and analysing variances, perform cost reduction research. Ensure Insurance of all assets and office equipments as soon as the PO is made and its timely addition/deletion/renewal. Ensure company assets are protected and maintained well including company vehicles. Provide efficient service / turnaround times to internal customers while maintaining proper log of all complaints. Process CEO’s work permits to be processed well before its expiry date. Renewal of office lease agreement and related coordination with legal advisor for preparation of lease agreement and related proceedings. Ensure timely payment of admin related bills (KESC, PTCL, maintenance charges, water bill etc.) to avoid any discontinuation of services. Setup new offices as and when required that includes exploring a suitable location, negotiating the rent with the Landlord and expediting the renovation work.
